"This is a nicely constructed travel humidor. The tube seems to be high impact plastic. The "base" of the shell is brass. The cap is double-o-ring sealed, The tube is lined with a thin cedar veneer. Humidification is handled by a neat system - the cap unscrews into two parts and a small humidifier is inserted into the top and the parts are reassembled. The inside of the cap is perforated to let humitidy into the tube. This will hold several (7) medium-sized cigars - say 45-50 ring gauge of 7" in length or under. It certainly looks waterproof, which is great for outdoor use, but I probably won't be trying it out on purpose. And it comes with a black nylon zippered case with an adjustable carrying strap." - MikeW
